Leading the way in golf in the Indian Ocean, Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf introduced its first course in Belle Mare in 1994. Situated alongside one of Mauritius' most stunning beaches, the Legend Golf Course swiftly gained popularity among professional golfers.
In 2002, the Links Golf Course was unveiled, followed by the introduction of the Constance Lemuria Golf Course, the exclusive 18-hole championship course in Seychelles. With their splendid undulating greens, signature holes, and stunning fairways, these courses are nestled in lush natural surroundings, creating a space where the player and their ball are in perfect harmony.
MCB Tour Championship 2023: A grand finale
The hotel group's golf destinations are essential stops on the Legends Tour. Additionally, the Legend Golf Course, awarded as the best course in the Indian Ocean at the 2022 World Golf Awards, has solidified its esteemed reputation.
The climax of the exciting Legends Tour 2023 season will unfold from December 4 to 10, during the MCB Tour Championship. The event will feature showdowns between distinguished sport figures like Liam Botham, former rugby and cricket player, Teddy Sheringham, and Damon Hill.
On the agenda:
- Days 1 & 2 (December 4 and 5, 2023): The Amateur Trophy at the Legend Golf Course, including a golf clinic for Juniors and a training day for the Pros.
- Day 3 (December 6, 2023): The Constance Hotel Pro-Am at the Links Golf Course, followed by the Celebrity Series and the Awards Ceremony for the Amateur Trophy.
- Day 4 (December 7, 2023): The MCB Pro-Am, followed by the Celebrity Series at the Legend Golf Course.
- Day 5 (December 8, 2023): Start of the MCB Tour Championship - Alliance - Round 1 at the Legend Golf Course.
- Day 6 (December 9, 2023): 2nd round of the MCB Tour Championship - Alliance at the Legend Golf Course, followed by the Awards Ceremony for the Pro-Ams, Alliance, and the Celebrity Series.
- Day 7 (December 10, 2023): Final of the MCB Tour Championship - Mauritius at the Legend Golf Course, marking the spectacular conclusion of the Legends Tour 2023 season.
