To kick off the 2024 calendar, Michelin-starred chef Eric Canino and French music icon Louis Bertignac were announced as guest stars. Every month will hold an exclusive culinary experience, highlighting Heritage Resorts & Golf's passion for gastronomic excellence.
For the wine connoisseur, April is set to mark the start of a series of wine and food pairing dinners at Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort. Michelin-starred Thibault Sombardier will team up with prestigious estates such as Dorrance Winery from South Africa and Maison de Montille from France to deliver mouth-watering pairings.
The pursuit of culinary excellence
May will see Hugo Riboulet, the talented winner of Top Chef 2023, wow guests with his creativity at Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort. In August, Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort will welcome Europe's best cheese maturer, Frederic Van Tricht, for an exquisite cheese and wine pairing.
The spotlight will also fall on sustainable gastronomy during the third edition of Sustainable Gastronomy Week in October, with chef Thibaut Spiwack as guest of honour. Known for his Michelin Green Star, Spiwack will lend his creative and responsible touch to this top culinary event. However, the year promises to go even further. Chefs Moreno and Modest Amaro are scheduled to present a dazzling finale at Heritage Resorts & Golf.
